Branding & identity design in Nepal.

On a spring hillside, the laligurans doesn’t ask to be noticed. It simply is. That’s what a great brand does. We’re a branding agency in Nepal helping businesses, startups, and products find the name, mark, and voice that make them impossible to confuse with anyone else.

A brand is more than a logo file. It’s the colour a customer remembers, the tone of your Instagram caption, the way your packaging feels in the hand. We design complete identity systems covering logo, palette, typography, patterns, and guidelines, so everything you make looks like it came from the same confident place.

We’ve built brands for our own products and for clients across Nepal, and we bring the same standard to a tea shop in Biratnagar as to a startup pitching investors in Kathmandu: clarity first, beauty always, and nothing generic.

How It Runs· हाम्रो बाटो

From first call to launch

  1. 1

    Discovery & audit

Who you serve, who you compete with, and what recognition you already have. For a rebrand this stage decides what must survive, which is usually more than the client expects.

  2. 2

    Strategy on one page

Positioning, personality, and the audience, written down and agreed before any visual work. This is the document that ends design arguments later.

  3. 3

    Three directions

Three distinct concepts, each presented in context on signage, a phone screen, and packaging rather than centred on a white slide, because that is where the mark has to work.

  4. 4

    Refinement

You choose one; we take it to completion. Two rounds of revision, then the system builds outward: palette, type, patterns, and imagery direction.

  5. 5

    Guidelines

A practical rulebook: clear space, minimum sizes, what not to do, and worked examples. Written so a printer or a future agency can follow it without calling us.

  6. 6

    Handover

Every source file, every export, full rights, and the templates your team will actually reach for on a Monday morning.

What It Costs· लागत

Straight answers on price

Most agencies here will not give you a number before a meeting. These are the bands we actually quote inside, so you can tell whether we are worth the meeting.

Questions· प्रश्नहरू

Asked around the campfire

How much does logo design cost in Nepal?

A standalone logo costs less than a full identity system, and we offer packages for both. Tell us your stage, whether that’s a new business, a rebrand, or a product launch, and we’ll recommend the right scope with a clear price.

What’s included in a full branding package?

Typically: research and strategy, logo design with variations, colour and typography systems, brand guidelines, and starter assets for social and print. We tailor the exact contents to your needs.

How long does a branding project take?

A logo project usually takes 2–3 weeks; a complete identity system 4–8 weeks. Good brands, like good treks, reward the unhurried pace.

Can you rebrand my existing business?

Yes, carefully. We audit what recognition you’ve already earned, keep what works, and redesign what’s holding you back.

Do I own the final brand assets?

Completely. You receive all source files, exports, and full rights to your identity. It’s yours, summit to base.

What file formats do I actually receive?

Vector source in SVG and AI, so the mark can be printed at any size without degrading. Transparent PNGs at several sizes for everyday use. A favicon set for the website. A single-colour version and a reversed version for dark backgrounds. And a print-ready CMYK variant, because screen colours do not survive a press unchanged.

How many logo concepts do we get to choose from?

Three directions, each with a reason behind it, then two rounds of refinement on the one you pick. Agencies offering twenty concepts are generating variations rather than making decisions, and choosing from twenty is harder and worse than choosing from three.

Can you register the trademark for us?

We are designers rather than lawyers, so we do not file for you. What we do is check the Department of Industry register and the obvious international databases for conflicts before we get attached to a direction, and prepare the files your lawyer needs. Finding a clash after launch is expensive.

Will the logo work in Devanagari as well as English?

If you need it to, yes, and it is worth deciding early. A bilingual lockup is a design problem rather than a translation one: the two scripts have different vertical proportions, and a Devanagari name pushed into a Latin logo almost always looks like an afterthought. We design both as a pair.
